21 and Overwhelmed by Family Debt

My family used me and then abandoned me. I opened multiple credit lines at 18 to help support my family even though I couldn’t afford to. Now, I'm 21 with a terrible credit score, a low-paying job, in need of a car, and $13,000 in debt. My family first said they'd help me pay it off, but recently they’ve completely ghosted me. I don't know what else to do. Every time I try to pay some off, the interest just brings it back up. Any amount will help and will go straight to paying my debt off.
