Last night, in the Downtown Dallas area of Westend, looters tore up The First & Only Black Own Resturant/Bar in the history of the Westend in downtown Dallas. According to the owner, this is just a minor set back for a major come back. He has been pushing on during the covid crisis, and he remains in good spirits.
