Please Help Me With Legal fees

I need help paying my legal bills that are being accumulated because I’m being sued for defamation from a plastic surgeon and his attorney after I left the dr. a bad review. He then took out a harassment complaint against me that was dismissed and also had my firearms taken under the red flag law. I just won the case for the red flag law.. These legal bills Have left me in a giant financial hole. He is still suing me for defamation and has a gag order that he wants me to sign in order to dismiss his lawsuit against me. I’m not signing anything!! So I need help paying these legal bills so I may get to a trial with the defamation case that he’s never going to win . It’s just that he’s a millionaire and he outlast everyone with money. He does this to everyone who gives him a bad review, the only problem is I’m fighting back and he puts in a harassment complaint against me and has my firearms taken.
