Please help Cindy get better

Hi everyone.

Im Cindy’s twin sister Connie. Not very many people know that Cindy had a brain tumour removed at the end of July and a stroke during surgery. It has been a very stressful time for her since and for the whole family. She is a very private person so didn’t want very many people to know as she hates to make people feel bad for her or worry. She has done very well trying to get her life back but unfortunately has lost a significant amount of eyesight and has difficulty walking and her brain has been affected a fair amount as well. She has many complications in her body due to her petuitary function not working and dr’s just don’t seem to be able to balance things out for her. Until 2 months ago she was receiving help through Medical EI which was enough to cover bills. She is now waiting on Short term disability and it is back logged so she hasn’t received any money since beginning of Nov. We have tried other avenues but nothing has come through for her and I really don’t know what else to do. When it does come through it will be very little as well.

Im asking anyone that feels they want to and can help my twin sis elevate this major stress on her life that she shouldn’t have. She wasn’t able to collect any CERB at all. I would love to have her feel the blessings and even kind words during this horrible time as she is fighting depression from the life she is faced with. I love her so very much and thank each one of you for any support that you’ve given her with kind words or thoughts this far. ❤️
