On May 20, 2020 in the early hours of the morning Booboo was admitted to the Emergency Veterinarian with gastrointestinal symptoms, nausea and wheezing. The ER vet didn't find any significant issues at the time but sent him home with anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory meds. The next day his symptoms worsened over the course of a few hours so he was admitted a second time. This time they found that he had a collapsed and calcified trachea, Cushing's disease, and pancreatitis. They also needed to do heart and liver tests to make sure he doesn't have heart or liver disease. This all came to a total of $4,691 at the time of writing. These costs are prohibitively expensive and caused Booboo's family members to go into debt so we are asking for any donations to help alleviate these costs.
