By the end Tuesday May 19, when the Edenville dam broke and released thousands of gallons of water into Wixom lake and eventually Sanford lake, my dads house flooded. He lives on the Tittabawassee River and because his house is in a flood way, he’s not able to have flood insurance. By the time the river crested at 35 feet, his house ended up having 2 feet of water throughout it. Any money donated will go to help rebuild his life, everything in the house, garage and barn was impacted or destroyed by the water. Thank you in advance for the help, we are so grateful! I am Sara, his daughter, and I am organizing this campaign on my Dad’s behalf. We will use the money once it is withdrawn to purchase any items or services he needs to fix his house so he can live in it again. Thanks again for your support!!
