Jeremy Brumbaugh - Funeral Expenses

Donation protected
Hello, This is the gram of Jeremy Paul Brumbaugh, who passed away unexpectedly July 15, 2020, nearly 2 months from his sister Misty's passing.  This already grieving family, is at a loss for words and finances.  Friends of the family have given generously to meet Misty's funeral needs and we are so grateful that we hate to have to open our hearts once again to express need to meet Jeremy's funeral expenses.  Please know, if you cannot donate, we totally understand.  That doesn't mean you didn't love him any less.  It's just these are trying times for all of us.

Anyone who knew Jeremy, was touched by his "Peter Pan" youthful charm that was infectious.  His love for Jaxon, his son, is unmatched.  He loved quads and trucks and working on his truck gave him a sense of accomplishment.   But in my pain today, I remember him telling me once, "Gram, my life changed the day Misty got cancer"  He shared how when they would be playing, and see what she went through, and he told me he felt guilty for being well.  It wasn't just the cancer battle.  It was a battle to learn because he said "my mind can't think like that."  School was too great a challenge for him, but mechanics was a joy to him.  Their life was far from normal due to health, educational and financial struggles but he kept trying to change the course of his life.  When he was baptized in May 2017, his life was strong and hopeful.  As time went on, and Jeremy held various construction jobs and worked at Smith Transport for a period of time, in Roaring Spring, PA, it appeared life was turning for the better.   Of all his jobs, I believe he was proudest of the one at Smith's, he loved those big trucks.  But leaving Smith's started a tough season.  From struggling through unemployment and then losing his sister two months ago.  However, he was planning  to get his life in order and had an appointment with the military recruiter the morning he passed.

While this gram's heart is aching, my daughter Teresa's pain is unsurmountable.  She has lost both her children in the matter of two months.  She must now lay Jeremy  to rest.  Teresa was a young mother and Jeremy was her "man of the house" in her single parent household for many  years.  Teresa never had leisure of saving for one death, let alone two so close together.  Your generosity will enable she and Jeremy's father, Elvin Brumbaugh, to meet Jeremy's burial expenses so their grieving can release that burden and gain peace upon laying Jeremy to rest  For all who donate in monetary gift or prayer, we THANK YOU!
