Road To Ruin Apocalypticus Festival Support

For tickets to road to ruin festival go here:

R2R festival is a non-profit event, mainly financed by a few passionate and creative people, for open minded individuals who enjoy immersing themselves in a post-apocalyptic world. (Think Mad Max meets Armageddon Gamers with End-of-the-World Preppers with a few Zombies thrown in for starters.)

We have set up this fund-raising page to help support the festival taking place in September. Due to Covid 19 the festival has incurred extra financial costs. We have changed the festival location to enable us to adhere to the social distancing rules. This meant we lost our deposit on the site already booked. With the date being moved from July to September, we have had to find extensive secure undercover storage for the festival equipment, incurring substantial additional cost.

The first festival took place in September 2017 at Finmere, a small event with less than 100 festival goers. They had a great weekend, and word soon spread about the festival. With the Event growing we moved to Westcott for 2018 and 2019. We would gladly have stayed at Westcott, however their lease expired so we had to move home. Then Covid 19 hit us all and you know the rest... We are asking for donations (of any amount) to allow us to secure the future of Road to Ruin events.

Any donation will be very much appreciated, as we do understand times are hard for everyone right now. All those who donate regardless of the amount will be eligible for a draw to win a “one off exclusive” never to be made again, lockdown festival hoodie. Also the first 100 people who donate £15.00 plus, will receive one limited edition sew on lockdown festival patch. One entry per person. Collection from festival only. So please, don’t be shy, give your name when donating. Otherwise you will miss out on your patch and forfeit your entry into the draw. We would like to thank everyone who plans to donate, we do understand it is a tough time for people right now. The festival gives us all something to look forward to.
