MS Support Fund.

Hello friends, My name is Michael Coley, im a single father of a Beautiful 7 Year old little girl; her name is Tatum.  I'm 36 and I've been recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. A chronic, often disabling, typically progressive disease involving damage to the sheaths of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, whose symptoms may include numbness, impairment of speech and of muscular coordination, blurred vision, and severe fatigue. Due to my MS, at the moment i am unable to work, which means i am unable to provide for myself and my family.  I'm urgently requesting funds to secure our rental apartment and utilities.  My Story: In my 20's i had plans to be successful, i worked hard; day and night. I was obsessed with becoming financially independent. Years passed, approaching 2010, i had a mortgage, five cars, and my dream was becoming more of a reality. My attitude was so positive, it was annoying. I was where i had planned  my entire life to be. Within the same time from, 2010 my medical issues began to show, the early signs of MS was misdiagnosed as a Verigo diagnosis.  Fast forward a decade later, to August 2019, after spending a week in the hospital i was diagnosed with MS. By the time i finally received a diagnosis i was too far behind. I lost my rental house (again) as i did when i lived in Clubview in 2018. I lost my car (again) due to the inability to work consistently, i had to do a trade for a less expensive vehicle which i have now. From August of 2019 to March 2020, for the most part i was homeless. Other than the nights i had my daughter, i slept in my car at the Hospital. I didn't have anywhere else to go, and i didn't want to burden friends and more importantly, i was embarrassed of the my situation.  This is a "go fund me" account, i hade to make a decision.  I'm asking for help because I'd rather look like a failure to friends and strangers than too look like a failure to my daughter; again. She's already lost all of her things back last year, furniture, toys, memories, pictures because i wouldn't ask for help. As a father i cannot imagine having to live through that again. I'm urgently asking for help to secure our rental apartment and utilities. At the moment my daughter and i have a modest 2/2 apartment and have been settling in since March, slowly building back what we lost. My Daughter, She has been Amazing. I swear she is an Angel!!! It's GOD - My Doctor's, has been amazing at covering cost to help me during this time. However i still have unpaid medical office visits and prescriptions that i currently cannot afford through my Primary Care Doctor.  I've been assigned a Case Manager from the National MS Association to help me file paperwork on resources such as groceries and SSDI.  The Goal of this "Go Fund Me" is to aid myself and my daughter until i get better through medical treatment OR approval for SSDI.  What i need help with:  Conservatively I've come up with living expenses that will aid us through January.  This money is not needed all at once, this is a Monthly calculation over the next eight months, that would accrue to $15000.  This will provide our rental apartment, proper on time medical treatments,  prescriptions, doctors visits, groceries and support for my daughter.  I can provide upon request, an itemized calculation of each expense to prove expenses. Also, i can supply the contact information for my landlord along with account numbers for Utilities.  This has been the most humbling experience in my life... I KNOW GOD IS BY MY SIDE!
