I’ll be running the Tokyo Marathon in 2026 to raise funds for the Nippon Special Olympics, an organization dedicated to empowering athletes with intellectual disabilities through the transformative power of sports. My family and I have worked closely with the Special Olympics for many years, and I am honored to help raise money for Japan's organization.

The Nippon Special Olympics provides year-round training and competitions for individuals with intellectual disabilities, fostering confidence, inclusion, and community. Every dollar donated will directly support these athletes, helping provide resources, coaching, and opportunities to compete.

I will be matching donations up to $2,000 and will send $4000 directly to the Special Olympics via the Tokyo Marathon Website at the end of this month. I will be aiming to raise $2,500, where the additional $500 will go towards my race registration ($240) as well as other race expenses that may arise. All travel and boarding are to be paid out of pocket.
