2026 East Fork Lutheran Robotics - Back to Back State Champions - GOING TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.

What an amazing year for our Robotics teams as one of our teams won the 2026 AZ Elementary Robotics State Championship!!! This is the 2nd year in a row that our students have won the State Championship event!! Our students have made history by not only winning the State Champion as the first Native American team in Arizona to do so, but they have done it in back to back years!!!!

Aside from our State Championship team, we have two other teams that won major awards at other World Qualifying events which earned them a spot at World's. Those awards were Excellence Award (the best of the best at any event), Teamwork Champions, and Robot Skills 1st Place at two different "showcase"/world qualifying events. This is the 3rd year in a row we have sent teams to the World Championship and it is truly an honor and a privilege to be able to attend. Last year during the parade of nations, our East Fork Lutheran students proudly walked onto the stage in front of a world-wide audience, representing the White Mountain Apache Tribe.

This year we had 7 teams in our Robotics program and 3 have qualified for World's. We won events here locally, in the State, and in Colorado and Oklahoma. The students and coaches have worked tremendously hard to earn these accomplishments and they couldn't have been more blessed with their effort and determination. Now, the next step is the World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri where our Elementary and Middle School teams that qualified will compete against the top 400 teams in the World, with teams coming from all over the globe and the country, to compete for the title of World Champion.
