Helping Tradies In Sight Keep Showing Up
Tradies In Sight was founded by Bruno and Jo Efoti who understand the pressure of the trades industry because they have lived it themselves.
Every day across regional communities, tradies, apprentices and families are carrying stress, financial pressure, business pressure, isolation and burnout. Many do not feel comfortable accessing traditional mental health services until things have become overwhelming.
Tradies In Sight provides practical, face-to-face support that feels relatable, trusted and grounded in real community connection.
Sometimes support starts around a BBQ.
Sometimes over a coffee at the Tucker Truck.
Sometimes through one honest conversation.
In 2025 alone, Tradies In Sight facilitated 720 hours of free counselling support across the region, equating to approximately $108,000 in counselling value delivered to the community.
Over eight years, that impact has grown to an estimated $700,000 worth of free counselling support delivered across regional NSW.
This campaign is about helping keep that support accessible.
While grants may fund programs, the day-to-day operational costs that keep the organisation running are often not funded. Fuel, phones, wages, insurance, travel and coordination all help keep support on the ground and available to the people who need it.
Your donation helps Tradies In Sight continue showing up for tradies, apprentices and families across our region.
Because strong communities are built when people look out for each other.
