Hi, my name is Rezwan Mohammed, and I’m a proud and grateful kidney transplant recipient.

I’m incredibly honoured to have been selected to represent Australia at the World Transplant Games in Germany — a global event that celebrates the gift of life and the power of organ donation.

This opportunity means so much to me. After receiving a life-saving kidney transplant six years ago, I’ve worked hard to rebuild my health and strength. Now, I have the chance to stand on the world stage — not just as an athlete, but as a symbol of resilience and the amazing impact of organ donation.

I’m currently raising funds to help meet the costs of registration fees, accommodation, the compulsory Australian team uniform, meals, travel expenses, and ongoing training. Every donation will go directly toward these essential costs. Your support — no matter the amount — brings me closer to this once-in-a-lifetime experience and helps me proudly represent both the transplant community and Australia.
