2025 Wild Wild West Block Party (12th Annual).

Howdy, partners! We’re rustlin’ up the rootin’-tootin’est Wild Wild West Block Party this side of the Mississippi—and we need your help to make it legendary! Some people have asked me how much they should donate. While we encourage you to attend the party regardless of donating anything, the number of people divided by the total cost equates to about $15-$20/person. So donate what you can, and if you are bringing a large group of friends or family, consider donating a little more.

Your donation goes for 3 main things:

1. Food will make up roughly 1/4 of our cost this year, about $500.

2. Party rentals typically make up 1/3, but this year we have gone crazy with a mechanical bull ($1164), and saved on not renting the bounce house and drink machine.

3. Alcohol, water, ice, decorations, prizes, photo booth, and special guests (heroes and princesses) make up the rest (usually around $500).
