Please join us on Saturday, September 13th for an evening of live of music featuring Chatham Rabbits! We are so excited they are coming. Please come help us support our global health efforts in rural Honduras. This year we will highlight how global translates to rural medicine in our backyard. Commemorating Helene, we returned from Honduras last year in time to build a pop-up clinic in Swannanoa for a month after the storm. Thanks to our experience doing this Honduras, we were able to swiftly respond in our backyard.

For over 25 years we have been supporting the education and health system in the remote region of Intibuca. We support the public health center and the school system and have sponsored several hundred students over the years delivering health care to over 20,000 patients.

This is a longterm relationship for us and has been a powerful opportunity for our UNC med students, and MAHEC residents to develop global health skills that inform and inspire practicing rural medicine in North Carolina making us more culturally sensitive to the plight of our immigrant patients.

5:00 - Dinner with 12 -Bones and Burials finest beer!

6:00 - Music with Chatham Rabbiits.

We encourage folks to camp and spend the night.

We welcome all donations: $100 will send a child to school for a year and will pay for a patient's medications for an entire year. A donation of $500 will enable 5 kids to attend school for a year. A $1,000 donation will literally change the lives of 10 people!

If you are not able to attend, we are grateful for your donation. 100% of the proceeds go to these efforts.
