My Ambition
My ultimate goal is to compete at the highest levels of professional golf, and I believe I have the ability to get there. I’ve been told I have what it takes, but I know it requires hard work, dedication, and creating my own luck. I aspire to play in the biggest tournaments in the world alongside the top players. Now, it’s about staying consistent and working hard to reach that standard every time I step on the course.
The Challenge of Breaking into the Professional Tour
Becoming a professional golfer is incredibly challenging. Success requires exceptional talent, mental resilience, and unwavering commitment to practice. Players must not only compete against elite golfers but also cover tournament entry fees, travel, accommodation, and daily expenses. Before earning prize money, you must secure a place in the top 50 out of 150 players to make the cut. Only then can you compete for rewards.
My Journey in Golf
I’ve been passionate about golf since I was five, representing BB&O County Golf as both a junior and elite player. I’m proud of my accomplishments, including matching Tyrrell Hatton’s course record of 65 at Harleyford Golf Club during his first Junior Open. In addition to an undefeated national appearance, I’ve secured multiple top county victories. In my first professional season in 2023, I won my first Clutch Pro Tour event, shooting rounds of 67, 66, and 69 for a -14 total, winning by two strokes against ex-tour players, Walker Cup players, and other 2023 Clutch Tour winners.
How It All Started
My love for golf began when my dad took me to a local driving range at five and bought me my first club, a 9-iron. I was hooked from that moment. In October 2022, I made the decision to turn professional, feeling ready to embrace the challenges of being a tour player.
Looking Ahead to the Clutch Pro Tour 2025
As I prepare to compete in the Clutch Pro Tour in 2025, I’m seeking financial support, sponsorship, or any assistance that would help me continue pursuing my professional goals. Any support would be invaluable as I work to advance my career on the professional golf circuit.
