The two-day Alumni Leadership Symposium theme is: “Pride in Leadership: Embracing Authenticity to Motivate and Inspire.” This year's theme highlights the importance of authenticity in leadership roles. It encourages participants to explore how their unique identities contribute to effective leadership and organizational success. The symposium will feature a wide range of topics to enhance and develop your leadership tool box such as key note speakers and breakout sessions to address the most relevant needs and challenging issues in career development. There will also be networking, career development, and informational workshops.

The black-tie Saturday Evening Gala Dinner theme is: "Leading with PRIDE: Celebrating LGBTQ+ Achievement and Service".

The event is organized by the US Naval Academy Minority Association (NAMA) and the USNA PRIDE SIG in concert with the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation and USNA Women’s SIG and aims to give back and provide opportunities to enhance leadership at the US Naval Academy and beyond.
