**2025 Kids Free Trip to Africa - A Transformative Travel and Learning Journey!**

Help us make dreams come true for seven exceptional students from Muskegon, Michigan! The Kids Free Trip to Africa Program (KFTTA) is thrilled to announce our most diverse group yet for our 2025 expedition to Ghana and Egypt.

Our Class of 2025 includes:

- Chantel-Brean Boseman (Muskegon Covenant Academy)

- Asia Fletcher, Lawrence Paskel, Taimya White (Muskegon Heights High School)

- Kimora Stedman, Keyvonte Taylor, Isis Carter (Muskegon High School)

These talented young scholars earned this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity through their outstanding entries in the Black Month Essay Contest. Now, they're set to embark on an incredible journey of cultural discovery and personal growth.

**The Journey:**

Our students will explore the vibrant cultures of West Africa and North Africa. In Ghana, they'll visit historical sites like the Elmina Slave Castle and the W.E.B. DuBois Centre in Accra. New to our itinerary this year is Egypt, where they'll marvel at the Pyramids of Giza, encounter the enigmatic Sphinx, and experience the bustling markets of Cairo.

**Why It Matters:**

Since 2017, KFTTA has sent over 41 young people to Africa, fostering cultural connections and broadening horizons. This program, led by Paul Allen Billings of the West Michigan Community Help Network, has consistently shown the power of educational travel in shaping future leaders.

**Your Contribution Covers:**

- Airfare: $2,300 per student

- Passport with Pictures: $220

- Yellow Fever Vaccination: $200

- Visas: $170

- Hotel Accommodations: $600

- Ground Transportation: $500

- Food & Exhibits: $600

Total cost per student: $4,590
