2025 Blue Santas - JHS Class of 1992

Dear JHS Class of '92-

Once again, we are doing our annual JHS Class of 1992 Christmas giving drive, The Blue Santas. This is YEAR 8 for our drive. We started back in 2018 and have never had an issue reaching our fundraising goal and fulfilling our mission.

This will be our 8th consecutive year as the Blue Santas. In 2019, we joined efforts with the Hams for Fams Project. Hams for Fams is a fundraising group started by guys from the class of 2017 and they feed approximately 200 families a Christmas dinner each year. We have maintained our identity as the Blue Santas of '92 and purchased Christmas needs/gifts for 20 of the families that Hams for Fams helps.

We had great participation last year and we raised over $3500 with around 30 of our classmates participating.

We plan to do the same thing again this year, but we need to raise around $3000. We have a surplus of around $300 left from last year.

The Hams for Fams kids that are delivering the meals cannot express how grateful the families that we support are to receive our gifts. We are directly helping 20 needy families have a bit nicer Christmas. We buy everything from toys for children to kitchen and bath items for adults. We will need to raise this money in the next 2 weeks. On Monday, December 22, 2025, we will go and buy the gifts and arrange for delivery.
