2023 was a fabulous year for Kidney Donor Awareness. We funded 6 grants to grateful kidney donors & recipients and mentored over 50 people in need of assistance. The list of people in need of a lifesaving kidney continues to grow. The need is great.

We currently have 2 people awaiting grants. These grants help individuals with out of pocket medical expenses, travel, hotel, after transplant home care and out of work expenses. We must continue our mentoring and support of patients with kidney related needs.

This year we are having a Non - Gala “ GALA “. No party, speeches or food/beverage costs. All donated funds go directly towards patient grants and awareness. Many of you supported the Gala last year and I hope you’ll continue with the same support this year. 2024 has already started out strong!

We have saved lives with our mentoring and awareness programs. Helping individuals in need find a lifesaving kidney and following through from consultation through successful transplant. It’s empowering and so very rewarding.
