2024 Masters World Cup Hockey Adventure

Hi everyone, as most of you know, I have been playing Hockey for over 30 years, with my greatest achievement to date playing in the 2023 European Championship and the 2024 indoor World Cup. I have played for several teams in my career, to name a few; Crawley, Cardiff, Westbury and now I have settled at my local team Burton Hockey Club where I play alongside many club friends.

I am lucky enough to play alongside friends and colleagues who have been selected to play for England Masters at different age groups.

I have been fortunate enough to be selected to play at the 2024 Masters World Cup in New Zealand for the over 45 Welsh Hockey Team. This amazing tournament will be played during November 2024 in Auckland, NZ.

As the tournament is completely self funded, I turning to my family and friends for a little bit of support to help me realise my dream.

I will be posting regular updates from the tournament, including some funny photo's of me following a match :) I'm sure there will be many laughs at my expense, but it will all be worthwhile to come home with the trophy! (fingers crossed!!!)
