Our giving efforts are in response to the growing need to support single parents and guardians during the holiday season. In 2009, when we started this program, our goal was to figure out a way to give back without depriving parents/guardians of the dignity and joy that comes from being able to surprise and provide for their children at Christmas time. Therefore, we give the gifts and in-kind directly to the parent/guardian to ensure the children are unaware of their origins. This allows all the credit for making a holiday miracle go to the parent/guardian. Our goal is that this inspires the children and creates a strong family bond within the household.

Jan Pro San Antonio has kept this program going for over 10+ years and we have helped more than 135 families in the San Antonio and Central Texas area, averaging 10-18 new families a year. This year, we are hoping to exceed the number of families that we can bless by extending the opportunity to our Staff, Customers and Business Owners.
