2024 Columbus Remote Area Medical Free Clinic

Please join us in making a difference in the lives of underserved individuals and families in Ohio! We are a group comprised of Ohio State students called the Columbus Community Host Group (CCHG) and we organize fundraising, hospitality, advertising, and other clinical aspects for our Columbus clinic. We are partnering with the nonprofit Remote Area Medical (RAM) to provide free medical, dental, and vision care. With your generous donation, we hope to provide care for 400-500 people at our clinic this November 16-17th, 2024!

Previous Clinics

We have held our clinic twice before in 2021 and 2023 at East High School (Columbus, Ohio). In September 2023, we were able to serve 380 underserved and uninsured patients with over $150,310 worth of free medical, dental, and vision care. For ever $1 we raised we were able to provide $7.20 worth of care! This included 137 dental extractions, 79 dental cleanings, and 35 dental fillings, 230 eye exams and glasses produced, and 77 general medical exams. We were also able to provide almost $1,000 worth of labs, including women’s health screens, blood panels, and STD tests.

We are excited to host our third clinic on November 16-17, 2024. Many of the patients we see have been unable to visit a doctor or dentist for years. Your donation can help change people's lives. Please consider donating to continue to support the Columbus community in an impactful, profound way!
