2024 Boston Marathon for Watts 2 Boston

Tax deductible
I am thrilled to share that I will be running the 128th Boston Marathon for Watts 2 Boston!

It has always been a dream of mine to run the Boston Marathon and I am honored to do so while representing Watts 2 Boston’s mission. I have committed to a goal of raising $11,000 for their amazing mission and would greatly appreciate your help. This organization is based locally, in Westwood, MA, and is committed to transforming lives of young scholars from Watts, CA, who are currently facing severe socioeconomic challenges. Officers Ortiz and Coughlin were instrumental in starting this foundation with founder Julie Mulvey. They noticed that less than 3% of residents in Watts have received a college degree. They created Watts 2 Boston to spread educational experiences, like college, to residents who are in need of the financial and emotional support.

A donation to my page will change these students lives as Watts 2 Boston works to support each and every student through their college process from start to finish. They offer guidance throughout the application process, school tour opportunities in Boston, host families, and sponsor academic tuition costs. Watts 2 Boston not only endorses academic endeavors, but commits to supporting the students emotional well-being as well.

I will be running alongside LAPD Officer Ortiz and several of Watts 2 Boston’s scholars. I am honored to be apart of this team to support Watts 2 Boston’s mission.

Please consider donating and thank you for your support!
