Hello,

A new San Clemente High School tradition was started three years ago where graduating Seniors walk down Del Mar street in downtown San Clemente the day before graduation. This is an amazing community event and a great way to celebrate our graduating seniors.

The event will be on May 31 2023. To walk down Del Mar you have to obtain a permit from the city of San Clemente. This Gofundme page is to assist with the cost of the permit and balloon arches on the day of the event. Any extra funds will be donated to a local women's shelter.

This event is a nonschool-sponsored event and 100% parent-planned. We would greatly appreciate your donation to assist with the cost. It is rather urgent as the sooner we submit the permit application the better chance we have of getting this approval. And ideally, allow the students to walk down the middle of the street vs on the sidewalk which is what happened last year.
