2023 Bristol Tower Employee Holiday Fund

Dear Bristol Tower Residents,

The Holiday Season is here! In order to make it easier for unit owners, we will once again collect and distribute a Holiday Fund for the Bristol Tower Condominium employees who work in our Administration, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and Valet. In 2022, our owners generously contributed over $50,000.00 to the Holiday Fund. This was a record which we hope will be broken this year. Our home has been undergoing major construction and renovation projects that have tested the patience and resilience of our incredible staff. They have worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during this year. Their commitment to maintaining a pleasant living environment for us has been unwavering, even in the face of these challenges.

To make matters even more challenging, our region has experienced record-breaking heat waves in recent months. Our staff members, who often work outdoors, have had to endure sweltering conditions to fulfill their responsibilities. Their dedication to their roles and their commitment to keeping us comfortable and safe during extreme weather conditions deserve our utmost respect and gratitude.

Now, it's our turn to give back and support the people who have worked tirelessly to make our condominium a great place to live. We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds that will directly benefit our condo staff during the Holidays. The Board of Directors will ensure these funds are distributed appropriately to each employee. Thank you for your participation in extending your gratitude and appreciation to our employees. EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY FUND INSTRUCTIONS

We leave this gift to your discretion. You may make your gift by:

1. Making your check payable to the Bristol Tower Association Holiday Fund on or before December 31, 2023. You may deliver in person or mail your contribution to the address below:

Please do not include your contribution with any maintenance check and do not mail directly to FirstService Residential.

2. Pay through GoFundMe at Bristol Tower Employee Holiday Fund (insert link here.) Please Be Aware: GoFundMe will include a 15% “TIP” to themselves unless you “de-select” that option.

Of course, you may choose to hand out individual gifts or donations to the staff directly. Some residents often elect to do both.
