2022 Share The Love Fundraiser

Hello friends! During the month of February, I am raising money to help support the Nick Finnegan Counseling Center here in Houston, TX. I serve on the advisory board for NFCC and the counseling center is important to me because mental health is important to me. Mental health struggles are at an all time high right now. This pandemic has brought to light how important it is to get help when it comes to mental health.

 

NFCC strives to provide affordable and accessible counseling and mental health resources to our community. They never want finances to get in the way of someone accessing care and offer three different payment options including insurance, a low private pay rate of $95, and a sliding scale. Last year, they provided over 8,100 counseling sessions and served 735 clients.

 

I know times are tight for some of us right now, but any donation would really help. I encourage you all to check in with yourselves today and see how you are doing. Just know that you are not alone when it comes to mental health, and it is important to break the stigma and continue to talk about it. Thank you for your time!
