Welcome to the 2021-2022 Mountain View Girls Lacrosse Season!

 

 

Since I've started Coaching here at Mountain View, our Girls Lacrosse program has gone from a brand new program with only a JV team, to one of top growing programs in the area! Last Season, we finished 9-3 2nd in SCVAL, with wins for the first time against Los Gatos, and a huge senior night win vs Palo Alto. Making Mountain View's Lacrosse first team, Boys or Girls, to make CCS!!

 

Wins and losses are not the main importance of any sports program. Building character, sportsmanship, teamwork, and overcoming adversity, especially in these times, are what makes our young Spartans succeed. The goal is not only to make our students athletes succeed on the field, but also prepare them to be great individuals off the field!

 

Without being able to fundraise due to the pandemic the last couple seasons, we are trying to raise money to improve equipment and gear to compete with some of the top programs in the area. In previous years, we have had over 50 girls tryout for both teams and this number will continue to grow. We have asked all our players to help raise money by asking for tax-deductible donations

 

 

Money received in this year's fundraiser will go to provide the following items:

 

- New Bow Nets - $2,000

 

- Spartan Spirit Wear - $4,000

 

- Lacrosse Goalie Wall Goal- $500

 

-Lacrosse Wall Ball - $500

 

-Equipment- Balls, Goal Netting, Practice Pennies, etc. - $ 3,000

 

Total $10,000
