Each year, the Bloomfield Martin Luther King Day of Service Committee comes together to organize service projects that positively impact our Bloomfield community. Residents of Bloomfield, as well as organizations and groups, come out in droves to lend a hand with beautification projects and murals, food drives, educational workshops, and health/connection initiatives. Our 2022 Bloomfield MLK Day of Service Committee seeks to create 1000 Personal Hygiene/Care Kits to support members of our community and surrounding towns. As in past years, these much-needed supplies will be distributed to families, individuals, local food pantries, and human services organizations that provide direct support to fellow humans in need.
