This year has been super rough on my momma. Father's day her oldest son, my big brother, lost his battle with colon cancer and passed away. Barely 2 months later (8/23) my dad passes away.
Now my mom is alone in Northern California and our goal is to move her up here where she has grand babies, as well as the rest of us family members.
This is going to require me making weekend trips down to help her pack and tie up loose ends with all the other stuff that goes along with it. My mom has partial paralysis from a stroke she had so even the little things aren't so little to her. She can't do it without help so I'm going to have to make a bunch of little weekend trips and I'm gonna need some help with that.
We're gonna need help making all the things happen, that need to happen. Right now things are overwhelming and her fixed income has been cut in half and dads cremation alone is $2000 so she can't even catch a break to grieve.
So I'm going to throw this gofundme out there in hopes of showing my mom how a brotherhood of construction workers can come together to help out a brother and his mother.
