2022 Global Youth Leadership Conference

I am a sophomore at Gilbert Christian High School and have been nominated to represent my school and community at a Global Young Leader's Conference in Washington DC and New York – offered through Envision by World Strides.
By attending the Global Young Leader Conference, I will join other motivated students from around the world for a 10-day leadership training program from June 21st thru the 30th. Some of the topics covered in the program include international leadership, collaborating in a cross-culture community, global leadership thru government and business, diplomacy, global banking, and international investing. We will also visit the following sites: US Capital, Congress, National Museums, Wall Street, US War Memorials, US Embassy, Department of State, 911 Memorial, and much more.
This will be a powerful experience, enabling me to interact with respected professionals in various fields while building relationships with students from around the world who will be my future colleagues. Attending this program will allow me to further my interest in finance and business and reach my career goal of becoming an international entrepreneur. I maintain a 3.7 GPA and play Varsity High School Golf and Competitive Club Baseball (outfielder & pitcher). I recently participated in a Tony Robbins Youth Leadership Program and a Future Fortune Builders Leadership Training by Than Merrill. In 2020 I attended several stock trading courses at Online Trading Academy in Scottsdale, AZ.
Imagine if you had been given this opportunity for a life-changing experience when you were in school. My participation in the program depends on whether I can raise $ 6,000 in sponsorships. I am investing every dollar I can of my own money to make sure I don’t miss out on this unique experience. I am also taking on extra jobs to raise the funds required in addition to getting some sponsorship from my family, friends, and neighbors. At this point, I have already raised $3,000 of the $6,000 total required. A critical requirement of this program is that I learn how to fundraise beyond my family and friends, so this is why I am contacting you and other business owners for their support.
This leaves me with a balance of $ 3,000 that I am going to raise through this effort and thru the GoFundMe account I set up. I am hoping that you or your company will consider contributing towards my goal. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated. My tuition must be paid no later than May 30th, 2022.
