Last year, we raised over £1,100. This year, Lewy and Joe are attempting the 4x4x48 challenge again, this time with Kenzie as well. Again, we are doing it in aid of the Young Minds Trust mental health charity, a charity that serves a purpose that the three of us can closely resonate with.

 

Even now with life pretty much back to normal, mental health is still a growing issue among young people like ourselves across the country, that desperately needs more and more attention.

 

The challenge follows the same rules as last year, we run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. We know from first-hand experience how physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging this challenge is, but we also know the rewards. That's why every pound donated means an incredible amount to us, and also the people who will receive the benefit of your donation.

 

This year, we want as many people as we can to come join us running, even if you don't run a full 4-mile lap with us, just getting out of the house will support us and benefit you

 

Every donation goes straight to the YoungMinds Trust mental health charity, which helps and supports young people battling with mental health issues.

 

We will all be posting updates on this GoFundMe page as well as our Instagram and Snapchat profiles every time we do a run alongside the times/distances of each run.

 

The challenge starts Saturday, March 5th at 4am and will end Monday, March 7th 4am to stay in line with David Goggins over in the USA.
