2020 - The Power of Community

Hello from the Hillgrove High School Basketball Program!

True enough, 2020 has been anything but easy and normal.  Covid-19 has impacted every aspect of daily life, including the operations of the Hillgrove Basketball Booster Club.  This year, the funds used to run our program and provide season equipment are either not available or significantly reduced. As such, we are reaching out to our community. 

Our goal this year is to raise $3,500.  These funds will go towards strengthening our program, including tournament play, funding referees & custodial services, new equipment, enhanced game film, updated uniforms, Senior Night, team building events, etc.

But your donation is so much more than just tangible items, it’s about investing in our student athletes . . .

·  Team Play teaches that one is strong, but together everyone is stronger.

·  Athletes learn positive character traits – commitment, patience, persistence, respect.

·  Basketball helps motivate & recharge students – body, mind, & spirit.

·  Athletes master the art of mental toughness, leading to success - both on the court and in the classroom.

·  Leaders are identified and their leadership skills are sharpened.

·  And of course, basketball provides an outlet for FUN!
