Gran Fondo, BIG Ride

Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues,

It’s another exciting year where Team Basis participates in the 2019 Gran Fondo Bike Ride of Morristown, NJ on September 8th!

Gran Fondo is our way of pedaling with a purpose. The BIG Foundation is dedicated to exposing thousands of people of color and women to the Commercial Real Estate industry and helping them find their way into a field that has historically excluded them.

In partnership with several national Real Estate organizations: REEC,  NAIOP, SIOR, PREA & ULI, and a growing list of universities such as, MIT, Cornell, University of Miami, Georgia State, among others, the REEC Nexus CRE Summer Intensive is creating a robust pipeline of diverse talent, that will transform our industry!

With your support, we can provide an opportunity for these talented students, many of whom are economically disadvantaged, like I was years ago. Join us in empowering teens to invest and/or work in Commercial Real Estate.
