The past 2 years have been nothing but big changes in my life - My brother’s unexpected death, left elbow surgery, becoming a wife, starting a career path, and uprooting to Oregon. Weightlifting took a back seat on and off throughout those life changes, but I was determined to prove to myself that had more lifting in me. I wasn’t done. I love feeling strong. I wanted to be back on that platform competing. I wanted to do it for nobody but myself. Fortunately with the help of my biggest, most faithful supporters, I returned to the national platform and made a strong comeback at the 2018 American Open Series 3. My total from this competition has given me the opportunity to compete on an international stage for the first time since 2015!

I have been invited to compete in a Silver Olympic Qualifying Event in Chiang Mai, Thailand at the 2019 EGAT International Weightlifting Championships on 2/9/19. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to represent Team USA, but unfortunately it’s a self funded trip. I need your help! Any donation amount is helpful.
