2016 Holiday Toy Drive and Event
We are so excited to continue our Annual Toy Drive and Event tradition!
Our names are Ana, Barbara and Yisel and this is our 6th year together helping the less fortunate children of our community. Every Holiday season our team comes together to organize this event with the support of our family, friends, colleagues and clients. Like us, they not only donate new unwrapped toys but also donate their time and money to make sure that we help those children that desperately need it.
This year we are again focusing our efforts on the children of Hialeah by helping the students and families of elementary schools. Many of these children and their parents truly need our help during the holidays, Some of the children have special needs with very limited resources.
Santa Claus will personally deliver all the toys that you donate to the students at our Holiday Event. Our goal this year is 250 toys. The Event will take place on December 15th, and it will be a holiday party for about 250 students. Your donations will be used to buy toys, food, drinks and decorations. Last, but definitely not least, we will use the remainder of your donations to purchase food items to make holiday food baskets for about 50 families. Most of these families cannot afford to purchase food items during the Holiday break without assistance. Our goal is $50 in food for 50 families so we may deliver them at our Event. The DEADLINE for all DONATIONS is Dec. 10th.
