I have been blessed to have qualified once again for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games as an individual masters athlete (40-44). I cound't be more excited to represent CrossFit WMD and the South Region.

CrossFit WMD will be hosting some events to help defer the cost however, last year we learned how expensive it is to get to Carson, CA. Flights, a week stay, food, and transportation add up. Again, I come to you the community asking for help, as none of this could be possible without you guys. To my friends and family, I am grateful beyond words!
