2016 Accenture Alz Walk Match!!
Donation protected
We are once again fighting to raise funds to End Alzheimer's!!
This past year I lost my Mom to Alzheimer's after a 13 year battle with the disease. Because of her deterioration, it felt as if I'd lost her about 3 years before she passed, when she lost the ability to communicate. Regardless, her love showed through and everyone whose lives she touched, misses her immensly.
We want Alzheimer's to be nothing but a memory. My drive is not only for me, but for my daughters, for my family - please join us to make this year bigger than ever and as my mom said - tell Alzheimer's "Chingate"!!!
The 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's will be on Sept 17th at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.
Accenture is once again offering to match our funds, this year at 100% for each $1000 we raise. (Since the matching is through internal Accenture websites, I have set up this gofund me for external donors!)
Last year we got over $6k. If we do $10K on our own this year, we'll reach $20,000!!!!
Please help with whatever you can - no amount is too small.
