Please help my son Joseph Tolentino make his dream come true by competing at 2015 PKF (PanAm Karate Federation) Junior-Cadet Karate Championship that will be held at Sta. Cruz, Bolivia this August 26-29, 2015. Joseph will be one of the official representative of USA for this International Olympic Santioned Karate Competition.
He recently competed this past weekend at 2015 USA National Championship & Team Trials @ Ft. Lauderdal, Florida (USA Olympic Sanctioned Tournament). He place 3rd and earned him the right to compete at the 2015 PanAm Championship.
Joseph is a role model to his fellow karate-ka. He help and mentor our student. Joseph also maintain a good grades in his academic school. He want to be a World Karate Champion & (Sport) Medicine Doctor one day.

The expense of this trip are:
Airfare = $1400/ea
Hotel = $150/nt
Administrative Fee = $350
Visa to Bolivia = $160/ea
The remaining amount will go to miscellaneous & daily expenses (vaccine/yellow fever shots, USA jacket, etc.)
