Hi! My name is Eldin Lopez-Pascual, I am a current junior at Alamosa High School. As a first generation and low income student, I will be the first in my family to graduate high school and attend college. I want to strive and make my dreams come to reality as a professional photographer. Recently, I have received some terrible news that both my parents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not doing well. My siblings, my dad and I have been under quarantine and mother is currently hospitalized. I have had to take extra responsibilities and took the role as a parent. I am responsible for my four younger siblings and will be taking care of them and helping them with school work. Both my parents are not working at this time, and it will be such a hard task to pay bills, rent and my mother's medical bill. My goal is to try to balance as much as I can with school, home, and family. By the permission from my parents I have created a gofundme to help support my family and I.
