Update
24th of March - 131km ran of 200km with 7 days to go. I mayyyyy have bitten off more than I can chew <3
.
I intend to run 200km in the month of March for Talk to Tom suicide prevention charity - follow on Strava
.
800,000 people die by suicide every year. In the last year there's been many pandemics, and we've noticed a massive increase in those contacting BPB with mental health issues for themselves or for others, especially since the start of the third lockdown; for which we will always recommend Talk to Tom to the person, for which we know will be going in to the most safe and caring hands.
.
Talk to Tom's main source of income has been abruptly halted yet again with the latest government restrictions and this income provides invaluable and essential services to those in a life or death situation, whilst also providing training for those that may see themselves or their loved ones in a mental health emergency. Talk to Tom have been stepping up when the government completely neglects this and other health services.

Talk to Tom Website

Talk to Tom are esoteric and noble heroes, helping me, many of my friends and thousands of strangers lives; instilling hope and providing help all year around; so this is a fundraiser for them to keep saving thousands of lives.
.
The intentions is to run 200k, some maybe slow, some maybe fast, some maybe gracefully, some maybe disastrously .
My housemate Ste Ward is also going to do 100km fundraiser and give unconditional words of support!
As an avid lover of Benson & Hedges, caffeine and an jelly fiend/cake bandit, it's fair to say my body is in ribbons so I'm not entirely sure 200k is doable.
This is also just a little exercise to show my mind it's more stubborn than my body -- . I'm also having maaad headaches and small bisha nausea from anti-depressant withdrawals, having had a stint of dark wobbles through the last few months (not the only one I'm sure xx) so this is to help the auld wibbly wobbly wonder too.

As of writing, (the 6th of March) I've done 22k, so a bit of a slow starter but feliz navidad.
