Liebe gofundme-Community,

wir, Lukas, Quyny und Valentin von der Firma OUI aus Berlin wollen

gemeinsam mit dem Verein Be an Angel e.V. 200.000 FFP2 Masken für Krankenhäuser & Feldlazarette in der Ukraine spenden.

Das Einzige, was dem noch im Wege steht, sind die über 1000 km Distanz. Wir müssen die vielen Masken irgendwie bis Lviv in die Ukraine bringen. Dort werden sie von den Helfer*innen vom Be an Angel e.V. in Empfang genommen

Um den Transport und anfallende Nebenkosten zu finanzieren, brauchen wir 5.000 €. Die Aufschlüsselung der Kosten ist wie folgt:

Transportkosten (Miete für einen extralangen und extrahohen Riesen-Sprinter in den hoffentlich alles reinpasst, Spritkosten + CO2-Ausgleich, Autobahnmaut in Polen, Hotelübernachtung entlang des Weges) = 1.900€
Mehrwertsteuer auf Sachspenden, Bemessungsgrundlage ist der Marktwert zum Spendenzeitpunkt, dafür nehmen wir 5 Cent / Maske an, was natürlich viel weniger ist, als wir einmal dafür bezahlt haben, aber nun ja, wir haben uns wie gesagt, verkalkuliert = 2.900€
Gofundme-Gebühren = ca. 200€

Die ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter von Be an Angel e.V. sind gerade in der Ukraine im Kriegsgebiet und koordinieren die Verteilung von Hilfsgütern. Sie meinen: Es fehlt insbesondere in Krankenhäusern vielerorts an eigentlich allem. Auch an Masken. Deshalb würden sie dort sicherlich viel Nutzen stiften!

Die Ärzt’innen, Pfleger*innen, Patient*innen der betreffenden Krankenhäuser und Lazarette, wir und Be an Angel e.V. freuen sich sehr, wenn ihr uns helft, die schönen bunten FFP2 Masken in die Ukraine zu bringen!

P.S.: Wie kommen wir zu diesen vielen Masken? Nun ja, wir haben uns ein bisschen verkalkuliert. Während der Pandemie haben wir sie verkauft und ihr habt sie geliebt. (Übrigens haben wir damals schon ganz viel gespendet… 1€ pro Maske, insgesamt kamen so über 200.000€ zusammen!) Nun ist die Pandemie hierzulande zum Glück vorbei. Und die Nachfrage nach Masken ist es auch. Aber zum wegwerfen sind die vielen, schönen und bequemen Masken definitiv trotzdem zu schade!

We, Lukas, Quyny, and Valentin from OUI Company in Berlin, have a special donation plan. We want to donate 200,000 colorful OUI-FFP2 masks in collaboration with Be an Angel e.V. to hospitals in Ukraine.

The volunteers from Be an Angel e.V. are currently in the war zone in Ukraine, organizing the distribution of relief supplies. They believe that there is a shortage of everything, including masks, especially in hospitals. Thus, the masks would be highly appreciated there.

The only challenge remaining is the distance of over 1,000 km. We need to find a way to transport these masks to Lviv in Ukraine, where the Be an Angel e.V. team will receive them.

To cover the transportation expenses and taxes associated with the donation, we require €5,000. Unfortunately, we can't achieve this alone at the moment.

Here's a breakdown of the costs:

Transport costs: €1,900 (including renting an extra-long and extra-high Sprinter van, fuel costs, CO2 compensation, motorway tolls in Poland, and hotel accommodations along the way).
VAT on donations in kind: €2,900 (calculated based on a market value of 5 cents per mask, which is significantly less than what we originally paid).
GoFundMe fees: approximately €200.

The doctors, nurses, and patients in the hospitals and military medical facilities will be incredibly grateful if you can help us deliver these beautiful and colorful FFP2 masks to Ukraine.

Ps: Wondering why we have so many masks? Well, we made a slight miscalculation. During the pandemic, we sold these masks, and you loved them! (By the way, we already donated a lot back then, contributing €1 per mask, totaling over €200,000!) Thankfully, the pandemic is now over in our country, and the demand for masks has decreased. However, we don't want these beautiful and comfortable masks to go to waste.

That's why a few weeks ago, we reached out on Instagram, seeking ideas about who could still benefit from these masks. That's when we discovered Be an Angel e.V.
