2 NIGERIAN STUDENTS NEED HELP TO FINISH DEGREES AT BROCK UNI
Donation protected
HELLO,
My name is Linda and I have been acquainted with two Nigerian students attending Brock University, Kessinton age 24 in fourth year and Hamilton age 22 in second year. Their parents have been providing funding for them from their home in Nigeria but due to the deteriorating situation in Nigeria with war and corruption and devaluation of their currency, they are unable to take enough funds out of their country to see their sons through to finishing their courses and obtaining their degrees. Both students have been offered employment upon finishing their courses at Brock University.
As both students are out of school at the moment awaiting enough funds to pay their final tuitions (which for foreign students are much higher), they are in immediate risk of having to leave Canada and return to a very dangerous situation in Nigeria and never have opportunity to graduate. Their 25 year old sister was called to the bar earlier this year in Nigeria, was murdered shortly afterward.
Their goal is to finish their education and work in this area and apply for permanent status in Canada.
They would be so grateful for just enough financial assistance to finish their education so they can enter the professional labour field and of course remain in Canada.
Thank you in advance.
