2 Far Out - Issue #2

Donation protected
In the year following the release of my first 2FarOut zine, I've had multiple people ask if I was going to continue fundraising for the following editions. I've received so much love and support with these projects, and I'm so grateful there are still plenty of people who want the opportunity to support it either for their first or second time. Soooo, here we are! <3

  • 2FarOut Issue #2 will contain the style and concept people loved about the first, but with even more hand-painted art, community collaboration, world building, and story. This edition is chalk full of art, with almost every page including some form of traditional watercolor/acrylic illustration; making it my most personalized and involved project to date.

"What's the purpose of crowdfunding?" -
~ In the zine, I use a variety of different fonts which are chosen specifically for their stylistic addition to the overall look of the zine. I often have to source them from various font artists online, so donations go towards paying the designers for permission to use their work!
~ Scanning/printing costs! I want the quality of the zine to be the absolute best it can be, including the images used. Getting high quality scans of my artwork can be costly, especially with all of the traditional illustrations included. It adds up. Donations also go toward printing the first couple of batches of the zine itself.

The zine will be officially released and available to purchase at my first solo gallery show, opening November 21st at ACANSA in North Little Rock. (More info and updates will be posted to @_2f4r0ut_ on instagram )

  • Similar to last time, donators of $10 or more (previously $20) will get you a pre-order of the zine, and you'll be the first people to receive their copies! Local pick-up is preferred, but i'm also open to shipping. Any donation amount will get your name in the acknowledgments. (Please donate under your desired name!) Anonymous donations can't be included, though they're of course equally appreciated!

  • The zine is projected to have the same dimensions and amount of pages as the first, making it roughly 8 x 11 and at minimum 16 pages.

I can't express my gratitude and excitement to be coming up on such a big milestone for me in my craft, and the fact that there are people who want to support it means the world. <3
