On April 9, my friend since child hood was involved in a horrendous car accident on old buckhead road in Madison, Ga that caused her to be unconscious for over 4 days at Athens Piedmont. She sustained extensive injuries including a collapsed lung, a broke back, hip, ankle, and foot to name a few. She has undergone 6 operations and has a long journey to recovery. Jamie is a single mother of two teenage kids ages 13 and 14. She is a very loving and caring person who will give you the shirt off her back. I'm sure some of you remember her hosting two food drives that fed over 300 people back in March. Now she is in a position where she needs us to help and assist in ensuring she has a successful recovery. I know times are hard, but I'm asking anyone who can, please donate any amount possible.
