On April 7th I was assaulted and my jaw was broken on both sides. I needed stitches for my upper lip along with 12 screws, metal plates and a set of wires that were placed in my mouth to realign my teeth and jaw. My jaw was shattered, I've suffered nerve damage and lost the structure to my face. As a result of the surgery and healing process I have been out of work throughout this time. I'm terribly sorry to ask of help this way but I do need it. I don't have insurance and the bill is insanely high. Any donations made would help significantly.
