Memorial for William Riddle

On January 16th, 2021 William Riddle passed away from complications relating to Covid-19. William was a front line ER Nurse who gave his life trying to help others fight this terrible disease. William left behind his wife Marian and her 10 year old daughter Iris. This families hopes and dreams vanished within a matter of weeks. William was paying to put Marian through school to become a nurse, as well as taking care of almost all of the family expenditures including upkeep of the home that they recently purchased together. Marian, a former exemplary Sawgrass Country Club employee, who left her job to further her education will struggle to keep her home without William. Iris will undoubtedly be affected adversely as well. While this fundraiser is listed as a benefit for a memorial, it is much more a plea for any assistance that can be offered to help this mother and daughter with their now precarious future. Any financial aid offered will go directly to Marian who is continuing her plight to become a nurse while working part time as a server close to their home, and now as a single mother, completely responsible for taking care of all of her little girl's needs. Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated by this gracious young lady that I am proud to call a friend.
