My name is Austin Sheldon . I recently lost the most important man of my life. A brother, best friend, the best comedian I have ever met. but most importantly we as a family lost a amazing father and endlessly loving soul. In 2012 my father a had a heart attack and a stroke caused by a rare disease called Guillain-Barré syndrome is a rare disorder, in which your body's immune system attacks your nerves. Weakness and tingling in your extremities are usually the first symptoms. These sensations can quickly spread, eventually paralyzing your whole body. Witch ended with him being in a coma with a stoma in his neck. He overcame all of this even having learn everything again. Since this he has always needed a care taker. My mother and i took that responsibility and made his life the happiest it could be from that point on. Since April 1st 2020 My father, the man we haven't went more than a week with out seeing. Was in the hospital. For weeks with phemonia. He ended up having to be on life support after having to be recesitated 3 separate times. All alone.. with no family to hold his hand through his struggles. Due to COVID 19 i am starting this GoFundMe for my amazing mother and our family who will be responsible for the medical bills. We are all hurting financially from the virus. My mother is already dealing with Breast Cancer. Emotionally and physically to the point we're most days she has trouble getting out of bed. And She has surgery coming up the first of the month. It pains me deeply I wasent able to give my father the life, the house and the comfort i dreamt every night of providing for him soon enough.. I just want to do everything I can to make sure my mother doesn't have to struggle anymore than she already is.
