Bernstein Family Loses Beloved Barry to CV19

Our family was devastated on April 18, 2020. We lost a brother, a father, a husband, an uncle, a cousin and a friend. Barry was the youngest of the Bernstein siblings. He was a legend - an adoring father of three amazing kids and probably the most non-judgmental, pure of heart people’s person to have graced this planet. In a family where the tribe is truly everything, there was no greater or softer road into the heart of who we are than Barry.

It is a catastrophic loss made worse by the inability to know when we can be together as a family again to grieve and be physically connected. He didn’t have COVID-19, but the over-stressed medical system forced his potentially life-saving treatment to be postponed and he just wasn’t able to hang on.

Between losing their primary source of income, college tuition for three children - Zach (19), Cole, (17), and Grace (14), the cost of end of life arrangements, and any extra medical costs they may incur, we are doing anything and everything we can to support our brother's family in these horrifically uncertain times.
