Teacher Friend in Need of Immediate Housing

I have a friend and colleague in need of immediate housing for her and her two kids for 2 months starting preferably tonight. She needs to move due to black mold. She’s very responsible and a third-grade teacher. She has two very responsible kids. They are amazing. They have no pets. Any ideas of places that might have immediate openings on a budget?
She’s hoping for 1,000 per mo but I’m going to see if I might be able to raise some funds so she has a greater chance of finding a place. Right now the only Air B & B I see in that range in Portland is 1,600 with a roommate and due to the kid's ages and continuity for their family they need a place of their own (2 bedrooms). The typical seems to be 2,500 per month and up to thousands of dollars a month, yikes. Thank you for any help or consideration.
